On Thursday 12th May, we made the fruit smoothies which we had designed in groups. We had to include at least two different fruits and some liquid (milk or fruit juice). We tasted the smoothies and evaluated, making sure we decided how to improve the smoothie next time we made it. We are in the process of designing and making recipes for our smoothies.
