EHCP Entitlement — How You Are Reassured

The purpose of an EHCP is to make special educational provision to meet the child’s needs, secure the best possible outcomes across education, health and social care, and prepare for adulthood. The Local Authority must secure the special educational provision specified in the plan. Information is shared with parents/carers through termly reviews and Annual Reviews. Provision maps are shared; further arrangements can be discussed individually.
