Important Information to ShareMonday 1st December
As per the email sent today, children will not be going to Copdock on Monday for shared federation day. Children should wear the same clothes that they would normally on a Monday. Swimmers will need their swimming stuff.
Wednesday 10th December - Christmas Experience at the church
Children will be attending the local church on the morning of Wednesday 10th December for a Christmas Experience. Please drop children at the church between 8.35 and 8.45am where they will be met by staff. Please carry on along the road after dropping off to ease conjestion on the road. Children will walk back or be brought back in the minibus in time for morning play.

๐Christmas Fun ๐ ๐Open to all school children ๐Friday 12th December ๐3:15 to 4:30 ๐At school ๐Pick up at 4:30 in the school playground ๐What to expect๐ ๐ง๐Zoe ( sweet Williams bakery ) will be running her Christmas themed cupcake decorating workshop. Where she will be guiding the children through decorating their own Christmasy cupcake ๐๐ง ๐All the fun of the fair ! REMINDERS!!!! School Christmas Lunch - 18th December
The survey is open for you to order your child's Christmas Lunch - there are no other options for lunch on this day so if your child does not want to have a Christmas Lunch, they will need to bring a packed lunch from home. KS1 children are free, as are children in receipt of free school meals; all other KS2 children need to pay £2.80 in the usual way on spider. Please ensure you have completed this by midday on Thursday 4th December, so orders can be sent to our Catering Provider.
Flu Immunisation Friday 5th December
Please ensure you have responded to the Flu immunisation consent form even if you DO NOT want your child to be immunised.
Christmas Dates for your diary
Wednesday 10th December - Christmas Experience at the church - children will be at the church for the morning doing Christmas activities - parents to drop at church please.
Xmas Performance times
The christmas Performances will be on Wednesday 17th December - times below, ticket information to follow soon
Please read email regarding KS2 costumes needed to be sent in to school on Friday 12th December. KS1 costumes will only be tights/jogging bottoms/T-shirts. To be confirmed.
KS1 Christmas Performances 2.00 - 2.30pm & 5.00 - 5.30pm KS2 Christmas Performances 2.30 - 3.00pm & 5.30 - 6.00pm There will be a creche for school children to wait during the performance that they are not in, while you are watching the sibling's performance. Christmas Dinner and Jumper Day
We will be having our Christmas lunch on Thursday 18th December.
Advent Elves
Thank you for attending our tree service ths morning. If you would like to be an Advent Elf, and you did not take a tag there is still time for your child to take one if you would like one. Each tag will have a number to represent the days in December until we finish school on 19th. Please donate a small Christmas treat ( for example, chocolates, biscuits, candy canes, Christmas cake, mince pies).
Arbor
Please ensure that any changes to your details, or your child's medical details are regularly updated on Arbor.
Please can we remind you to name all clothing , including PE kit and lunch boxes, water bottles. We can easily reunite items if they are named. The box of lost property in school since September has now been donated to charity or the PTA second hand uniform stock.
School Library
Please remember to complete the Library agreement consent on Arbor after you have reviewed the short agreement accessed on our website Library Agreement. .
Art tokens
There is one more week to collect Art Tokens from the Ipswich star and East Anglian Daily Times. Simply cut out the tokens and drop them into the office for the school to have a chance of winning some art supplies. Lunch and Morning Club payments - Please ensure that all payments are paid weekly as taken. thank you for your support.

Every week we encourage parents to support their children to learn and use new vocabulary. In school we will be exploring the origin of new words, what they mean and how to use them effectively in context. If you can encourage your child to use these words it would be really helpful!
