Important Information to ShareChristmas Performance Tickets
The survey for booking tickets to the Christmas performances has now closed. You will have received the number of places that you requested and if you requested extra you will have had an email to let you know if this has been possible. Please note that there are no physical tickets but your name and number of tickets allocated are on a list at the door for checking. Please note that siblings, (unless babies / toddlers sitting on lap) do count for a ticket if attending.
Christmas Performances
Please enter through the far kitchen door on Wednesday. Please be aware that any photos or videos taken of your child at the performances must not be shared on any social media platforms please. Please ensure phones are switched to silent and can we ask if younger siblings get restless during the performance they can be taken out of the hall for a short break to allow the children performing to concentrate on their performance. .Thank you for your cooperation.
For the evening performances, please can KS1 children arrive back at school at 4.45pm, please bring them to the main door. Please send them in their school uniform.
Please can KS2 children arrive for 5.15pm. Please come to the back entrance so they do not disturb the KS1 performance - please bring a torch!
Christmas Dinner and Jumper day on Thursday
We will be having our Christmas Dinner on Thursday, if you have not requested a dinner for that day, please send in a packed lunch with your child. Christmas jumpers can be worn with uniform instead of cardigan/ sweatshirt. If you normally pay for dinner, please pay via Spider this week.
KS1 Multiskills (indoors) Afterschool Club
Please complete the survey on Spider available from 5pm today if you would like your child to attend. This is FOC and runs for 5 weeks from Monday 12th January to Monday 9th February (5 weeks). 3.15-4.15pm each session. There are limited spaces so this will be on a first come first served from the survey. Bentley children will need to be collected from Copdock school at 4.15pm.
Photo Permissions
As we are now using Social Media more please can we ask that you check all photo permissions on Arbor. If you would like to amend any of your preferences please contact the school office.
Dinner Money
As we approach the end of term please ensure all outstanding dinner money has been paid up to date. Remember to pay for the pre-ordered Christmas lunch next week. If you are unsure if you owe for any meals please contact the school office.
Medication
If your child has any medication in school please ensure this is collected and taken home for checking dates etc next Friday.
Please check the attachments for some information and our Local events and clubs page on the website for things going on in the community.- we are always adding new information from 3rd parties for you to consider - there may be holiday clubs or sporting opportunities, or events taking place in local villages. We also include courses available to parents on a variety of topics.

KS1 Christmas Performances 2.00 - 2.30pm & 5.00 - 5.30pm
KS2 Christmas Performances 2.30 - 3.00pm & 5.30 - 6.00pm Arbor
Please ensure that any changes to your details, or your child's medical details are regularly updated on Arbor.
Please can we remind you to name all clothing , including PE kit and lunch boxes, water bottles. We can easily reunite items if they are named. The box of lost property in school since September has now been donated to charity or the PTA second hand uniform stock.

Please remember to complete the Library agreement consent on Arbor after you have reviewed the short agreement accessed on our website Library Agreement. .
