Hello Kittens,

I hope you had a fantastic weekend and you are ready for the final two weeks of school before we break up for holidays.

This week we will be looking for the learning behaviour- 'improve' and our value is 'respect'.

Our topic this half term is: 'seaside'

Here are some reminders for this week:

Monday
Normal start for KS1 children
Forest School and PE- Wear PE kit. Please make sure all earrings are removed for PE.
Reports sent home

Tuesday
Foundation Reading Session- 2.55-3.10

Wednesday
Library day
Make sure to bring in your books to change.

Thursday

Friday
Homework due.
Coffee & Chat - on Friday 10th July parents of the children who will be in Kittens class from September are invited in from 9am to 9:30 for a coffee and chat. This will be a great opportunity to meet the other parents as well as ask any questions you may have.

Uniform
Please make sure children are wearing correct uniform and it is labelled. Don't forget to label the hat too! Thank you.

Daily belongings needed in school: water bottle, book bag, coat and a smile!

Please ensure reading books are kept in pouches and looked after for everyone to enjoy-thank you.

Warm Weather

As the weather is very warm at the moment, please ensure children come into school with suncream applied, a hat and a drinks bottle.

Reading Giants
Read at least 5 times each week and record it in the diary. Please note - the diary needs to be in school on Friday as past reads will not be recorded on our chart (except holidays).
