Kittens - 6.10.25
Date: 3rd Oct 2025 @ 3:32pm
Hi Kittens,
I hope you have had a fab weekend!
Our learning behaviour of the week is: 'don't give up' and our value is 'Thankfulness'
Our words of the week are Reception: 'harvest' and 'autumn' Year 1: 'dawn' and 'dusk'.
Reminders:
Monday: PE & Forest schools - Please wear outdoor PE kit, jogging bottoms, t-shirt and a jumper/jacket with trainers. We would really like the children to have a pair of wellies that can be left in school as we will go outside in all weathers.
Tuesday: Wear PE kit. Please make sure all earings are removed for PE. Stay and Play at 2:40 for parents of children in Reception.
Thursday: Library book day. Remember to bring in your library book so it can be swapped for a new one. Homework and reading logs due in.
Harvest Festival at the church at 2:30pm. Children to be collected from the church today.
Friday: World Mental Health day - Wear uniform as usual and enhance it with something yellow for Mental Health day - could be socks, hairband etc.
Please make sure children are wearing correct uniform; including socks and it is labelled.
Please ensure you are bringing bookbags, water bottles and coats to school.
Earrings must be taken out for PE.
5 reads for the week must be recorded by the Friday of that week and in school on the Friday in order to be marked on the chart.
