Hello Kittens, I hope you had a lovely weekend!

We have had a fantastic start to our new half term.
This week we will be looking for the learning behaviour- 'tuning in' and our value is 'friendship'.
Our words of the week are: 'savanna' and 'precious'.
Our topic this half term is: 'On Safari'

Here are some reminders for this week:

Monday
PE and Forest schools - Please wear outdoor PE kit, jogging bottoms, t-shirt and a jumper/jacket with trainers. We would really like the children to have a pair of wellies that can be left in school as we will go outside in all weathers. Please make sure all earrings are removed for PE.

Tuesday
PE - Wear PE kit. Please make sure all earrings are removed for PE.
Stay and Play - 2.40-3.10

Wednesday

Thursday
Library day - Make sure to bring in your books to change.

Friday
Homework due.

Uniform

Please make sure children are wearing correct uniform and it is labelled.

Daily belongings needed in school: water bottle, book bag, coat and a smile!

Please ensure reading books are kept in pouches and looked after for everyone to enjoy-thank you.

Toys from Home
To help keep treasured toys safe, please leave toys from home at home for now. Later this half term, we are excited to hold Show and Tell, when children will be invited to bring in and share a special item from home.

Reading Giants - Read at least 5 times each week and record it in the diary. Please note - the diary needs to be in school on Friday as past reads will not be recorded on our chart (except holidays).
