Foxes 5.10.26

Date: 2nd Oct 2026 @ 8:13am

Hello Foxes

Welcome to another week of learning.

Our learning behaviour is 'don't give up' and our value is 'generosity'

Our walking bus starts this week, meeting at the memorial near the bus stop to ensure children are being active and avoid some of the pollution around the school. Please meet the member of staff there and walk up together if you can.

💛 Hello Yellow Day - Friday 9th October 2026
This year marks 10 years of Hello Yellow, a special day dedicated to raising awareness of children's and young people's mental health. By wearing yellow and saying hello, we can help start important conversations, spread hope and remind everyone that no young person should feel alone with their mental health.
On Friday 9th October 2026, we are inviting all children to wear something yellow alongside their school uniform. This could be a yellow accessory, T-shirt, socks, hairband, ribbon, or any other yellow item.
Wearing yellow is a simple but powerful way to show support for mental health and wellbeing. Throughout the day, children will take part in a range of activities focused on emotional wellbeing, mental health awareness and strategies to support positive mental health.
We look forward to seeing our school brightened with a splash of yellow as we come together to promote kindness, connection and wellbeing for all.
💛 Wear yellow, say hello and help make a difference!
