Foxes 2.6.25

Date: 1st Jun 2025 @ 8:30am

Good morning Foxes

I hope you have had a great week off school. Remember you are not due back until Tuesday. Please try to join the walking bus if you do not already walk to school. We are trying to keep our children safe by reducing the number of cars turning around outside the school and also reduce the pollution in our school area.

Our learning behaviour of the week is, 'Enjoy your learning' and our value is, 'Truthfulness'.

Reminders

Monday - no school

Tuesday - PE with ITFC, cricket or padel tennis and clarinet

Wednesday - Cricket tournament - Remember we need to be ready to leave the school at 8.30am. Please ensure you have your school kit plus a packed lunch and plenty of water, sunhat and cream if the weather is hot.

Thursday -

Friday - 5 reads to include half term week

This half term we will be completing our sex education units of work alongside the science topic on describing the changes as humans develop to old age. I hope you have managed to talk to your adults over half term so you are aware of the sort of conversations we will be having.

I hope you enjoy your extra day off before our last half term. Year 6 let's make it a positive one so we have good memories of you as you prepare for high school.

Bentley School's Christian Ethos

"Know that I am with you always," Matthew 28:20 We encourage the spiritual, social, moral and cultural development of the school family by embedding Christian values into everyday life. Our vision is for all children to be confident individuals, successful learners and responsible citizens who are well equipped for future life, knowing that God is with them always.
