Hello Foxes

Our learning behaviour of the week is, 'Push Yourself' and our value is, 'Service'.

As you all know its SATs week for our year 6s. Our class will be open from 8.20am Monday to Thursday for breakfast if you have asked for it. However, we would encourage everyone from year 5 to come in early too, so we can ensure a smooth start to each day.

Year 6 remember to have your glasses/overlays/water bottles.

Please have your trainers in school in your bag each day.

Homework I have set you some homework to be completed over 2 weeks. It is, therefore, due in on 23rd May.

SATs You have all worked hard towards your tests and shown lots of resilience during the tricky parts. Although the tests are important and you need to do the best you can, they are not to be worried about. I know everyone of you will give your best effort and that is all we can ever ask. Please have a relaxing weekend and enjoy time with family and friends. Try to get plenty of sleep so you are rested to start on Monday. Remember, next time I write a blog they will all be over!!!

Thank you to all of our parents that have offered to come in and help with breakfast on SATs mornings. In the past it has really helped the children have a calm and focused start and I am sure it will this time too. Thank you especially to Amanda for taking over organising it for me. Unfortunately with all the work that has to happen each morning before the test, it is not something I could have managed without you.

Have a wonderful weekend, I am so proud of you already!
