Adders Class 19.5.25
Date: 15th May 2025 @ 9:04pm
Welcome to the fifth and final week of the first half of the Summer Term.
This week's timetable can be accessed HERE.
Next week is Walk to School Week and as KS2, we have a challenge to see how active we are. We also have a Moki band challenge, where we are aiming to be the most active school in the country. Every step the children take will add to a whole school total. You will be able to wear your watches home for the week to help add to our total steps. Please make sure it comes back into school every day.
You will need to wear your PE kit on MONDAY and TUESDAY as you have PE with Ben on Monday and at Copdock Cricket Club on Tuesday afternoon. Please make sure that ALL uniform is named (especially PE jumpers) and you have a hat and suncream on as the weather is supposed to be warm this week.
If you are taking part in the netball or football tournaments on THURSDAY MORNING and FRIDAY AFTERNOON, you will be given a school kit the day before to come into school wearing with your trainers. For both events, you will need a packed lunch, sun cream and plenty to drink. Please make sure your grown ups have read the email regarding these events. If you are not attending, you will join Hedgehogs Class.
Please bring into school your clarinet on THURSDAY and make sure you are practising the songs we have learnt at home.
The learning behaviour this week is 'Don't Give Up' and our value this half term is 'Service'. Our words this week are: 'undulating' and 'terrain'.
This week's homework for Y5 only (to be given out on FRIDAY 23rd MAY 2025) is:
