Date: 12th Mar 2026 @ 8:33pm
Welcome to the penultimate week of the Spring Term.
This week's timetable can be accessed HERE.
You will need to wear your PE kit on WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY this week. Please make sure that ALL uniform is named (especially PE jumpers). Don't forget, Cross Country practice on WEDNESDAY lunchtime.
On MONDAY afternoon, you will be at Copdock with Foxes Class for a Knex Workshop. Mrs Lawrance will be taking you over during lunchtime.
On TUESDAY, you will be spending the day at Copdock for an exciting day of Forest Schools and Livestock education, meeting the very cute sheep who are going to be living on the school field! Therefore, you will need to wear old clothes and suitable footwear. You will also need to bring a pair of wellies or old boots that can be worn when you are with the sheep. It is really important that you have these otherwise you will not be able to visit the sheep.
Remember, you MUST bring a warm waterproof coat to school EVERY DAY as you will be expected to go out at playtimes even if it is raining or cold.
The learning behaviour this week is 'Push Yourself' and our value this half term is 'Forgiveness'. Our words this week are: 'privateer' and 'dissolution'.
YEAR 6 will be given your first set of SATs homework on MONDAY 16th March. You will have reading, grammar and maths revision to complete by the following Monday (23rd March). On Google Classroom, there are revision guides for maths and SPaG. These can be viewed online. You will need to read the information first before answering any of the questions.
This week's homework for Year 5 ONLY is:
