Please see the attached timetable for our Activity Week - this doesn't affect everybody on everyday.  The activities are mostly for Foxes, with a few exciting opportunities thrown in for some of the other children.  There may be a requirement for packed lunches on some days, clothing changes or for collection changes - please check.  If your class is not mentioned - it will be uniform, lunch and lessons as usual.

Thursday - pupils in years 1-6 require a packed lunch, however, they can order a packed lunch from our caterers (£2.50 for those children in KS2, free for KS1 & FSM children).  These need to be ordered in advance so please complete the FORM via the website to pre-order by Monday at the latest.  As reception children will remain in school, they can order a hot dinner on Thursday - please note, as it's the last day of this half term, the caterers are offering fish fingers from the Friday option.

Mental Health and Anxiety workshop for parents - Tuesday 17th October - all parents are invited to Bentley 9-10am for a workshop about anxiety in children.  There will be resources and the PowerPoint shared after the session.  Please see flyer attached.  Please could you let the office know if you are attending by Monday so we can plan accordingly.

Every week we encourage parents to support their children to learn and use new vocabulary. In school we will be exploring the origin of new words, what they mean and how to use them effectively in context. If you can encourage your child to use these words it would be really helpful!
