Copdock Weekly Update 30/06/2023

Uniform For Next Year

As some of you will be preparing for next year, we thought it would be helpful to remind you of our simple uniform expectations.  All parents are expected to provide the correct items as detailed on the website and attached to this email.  Please support your child.

NEXT WEEK

QuadKids

We have 2 trips next week for QuadKids.  Foxes are attending on Tuesday, with Woodpeckers following suit on Thursday.  If your child is attending you will have already received details and should have returned reply slips - it is vital that we know if you will be coming to watch so that we know how many children we are transporting back to school.  Unless you have notified us that you are attending and bringing your child home from the venue, collection is from school at 5:30/6pm depending on how close to time the event runs, and traffic on the way back.

Talent Show

Don't forget your ticket on the day - these will be confirmed early next week.  Audience members should arrive at 12:40pm ready for a prompt start.  Collection for everyone is from the Village Hall at 3:30pm.

Dinners can be ordered as usual - pupils will be eating at the Village Hall, the menu will offer a grab and go style fish fingers & wedges.  Jacket potatoes will NOT be available.  The vegetarian option will be garden vegetable goujons.

Sharing Assembly Change

As we have the Talent Show next Friday afternoon, our scheduled Squirrels Class assembly will now take place on Friday 14th July at 9am, with the Kittens Class assembly taking place at the usual time of 2:45pm that afternoon.

Community Summer Fayre

Don't forget to pop along to the fayre next Saturday afternoon.  Please return raffle ticket stubs and monies, or unsold tickets to school or a member of the PTA.  If you would like more tickets please let us know.
