Information to Share

Change of Lunch - Monday 11th December - please note it will be turkey mince instead of beef mince.
 
Christmas Performances - thank you for your patience with booking tickets for the Christmas performances.  Booked & any additional tickets will be sent home on Monday.
 
Christmas Lunch - we will be hosting our Christmas Lunch on Thursday, if you have not pre-ordered a meal please ensure a packed lunch is sent in.  Children can wear Christmas jumpers instead of their school jumpers & cardigans on this day if they choose to.
 
PTA Christmas Fayre - thank you for your colourful donations towards our rainbow hampers - these will be available at the PTA Christmas Fayre next Friday.  Please be reminded that children should be met at the Village Hall at 3pm - those attending after school club should already have notified us.

Flu Immunisation - if your child missed the flu immunisation please see the attached flu catch up information
 
Gymnastics Taster - children enjoyed their gymnastics taster sessions on Tuesday.  The after school club will be going ahead after Christmas - look out for further details on all the after school clubs on offer and how to book them coming next week.

St Peter’s Church Nativity - all are welcome to join in with the village church’s Nativity service at 10am this Sunday.  A rehearsal will take place at 9.30am on Saturday morning at St Peter’s.  Feel free to just turn up to the rehearsal, or speak to Stella Blackwell (Joseph, George and Evelyn’s mum) for more information. 
 
Parent Workshops - please see the attached information about a range of really helpful workshops taking place in the coming months. They cover a range of issues including managing big feelings, developing resilience and other issues such as sleep or relationships.
 
PTA Update
 
We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came to our annual wreath night on Wednesday especially those who helped with the setting up and packing away, we really couldn't do it without your help. 
It was a wonderful evening and you all made lovely wreaths πŸŽ„ 
We are just adding up all the totals and the final amount raised will be announced. 
 
Tonight's the night for the Wine & Cheese night at Preschool πŸ·πŸ§€ 
There are some amazing stalls coming and the raffle prizes are fantastic!
We'd love to see you there but if you're unable to make it and still want some raffle tickets send us a message or pop into Preschool and we can sort them out for you 🎟️
 
Next week we have our annual Christmas Fayre at the village hall πŸŽ…
The children will be opening the fayre with some Christmas carols at 3pm. 
There will be lots of festive fun going on with a new stall Elfridges which is not to be missed 🎁
We still have a few stall slots that need covering so if you're able to help please let us know, we'd also appreciate any help with setting up and putting away too 😊
 
Finally, we have teamed up with the fantastic Princessa Sparkle to be able to offer you these gorgeous Christmas tree decorations πŸŽ„
 
They can be personalised with any name or can be left blank, ideal gifts for friends and family 🎁
 
And the best part of it is..... All profits are going to the PTA πŸ₯³♥️
 
Princessa Sparkle will be at the Wine & Cheese night at Copdock and Washbrook Preschool night showcasing these and lots of her other amazing gifts she creates so make sure you pop down and see us from 6:30pm 
 
If you'd like any more information about these or if you'd like to order yours send us a message or you can find an order form in the office. 
The deadline for ordering these is 15th December.

Tuesday 12th December 2pm & 6pm KS1 Christmas Performances - tickets will be sent out on Monday, if you have requested additional tickets, these will be allocated in accordance with our fire regulations.  Please do not try to attend if you have not booked a ticket.  Children need to be brought back to school at 5.45pm for the evening performance.
Wednesday 13th December 6pm KS2 Carol Concert - taking place at St Peter's Church, Copdock.  Parking available at Copdock Hall.  Please bring a torch as there are no street lights and it will be dark.  Children need to be brought to the church for 5.45pm. 
Thursday 14th December Christmas Lunch - children are invited to wear a Christmas jumper to dinner.  Pre-ordered hot meals only available today.
Friday 15th December 3-4:30pm PTA Christmas Fayre - this will be taking place at the Village Hall, all children will be taken to the hall ready for the event to start at 3pm.
Wednesday 20th December Last Day of Term - you can come into school in non-uniform for the last day of term.
 

REMINDERS!!!!

 
Foxes need packed lunches on Mondays if they are attending guitar.
 
Children need a coat with them every day - please ensure they have their name in it and on their jumpers/cardigans/fleeces - especially those used for PE!
