If you haven't already, please ensure you have logged into the school website to book your appointment.  Booking will close on Tuesday.  After that date you will need to contact the office to arrange an appointment. Your child needs to attend the appointment with you. Please ensure you keep to the 10 minute slots.  If you feel you need longer, please speak to the teacher to arrange an additional meeting time.

Christmas Lunches

A reminder to complete the form to order a Christmas Dinner by Tuesday please. If your child is going to bring a packed lunch, please email the office.

Lates and absence

Please remember that the woodland gate opens at 8:40am and all children should be on the playground when the bell rings at 8:45am.  If your child arrives after the gate is locked, please come into school via the main door.  Children and parents should not come in via the playground gate please.  If your child is ill, please contact the office via phone or email by 9:30am to report the absence on each day that they are away with details of their symptoms.  This enable us to keep our statutory records up to date.

Thank you to everyone who purchased poppies and other items for the poppy appeal, and sent in donations for Children in Need.  We raised £66.16 for the poppy appeal and £88.50 for children in need, Thank you!

Data Collection

We would like to make you aware that we are looking at new ways of collecting and maintaining data from you rather than sending out our annual forms for checking.  Hopefully we'll have more on this very soon.  In the meantime, if you change address, or telephone number/email address please ensure you let us know so that our records are kept up to date in case of emergency.  Please also let us know if any numbers are no longer in use - we have recently called some landlines that are no longer valid.
