Partnership Meeting

Thank you to those who attended our working in partnership meeting on Wednesday. It was lovely to see your commitment to supporting your child and school. Together we can make a difference!

Morning Drop off

It has been lovely to see most of the children smiling as they come into school this week. If your child is happily entering the school grounds ahead of you now they are into the morning routine, we would encourage you to say your goodbyes at the gate and give them a cheery wave. This will allow us to prepare for the relaunch of our Golden Mile the following week. When this begins, children will be coming straight in, dropping off their belongings and beginning their day with something active and healthy.  If they do still need you to bring them in, please say your goodbyes as quickly as possible so we can support them to settle in a quiet space.

Pick up

To ensure staff can secure the school site for the evening, please can we ask that parents leave the playground by 3.30pm

Thank you

Every week we encourage parents to support their children to learn and use new vocabulary. In school we will be exploring the origin of new words, what they mean and how to use them effectively in context. If you can encourage your child to use these words it would be really helpful!
