Christmas Craft Club - we are looking to run Christmas Craft club again on a Friday morning for 5 weeks starting 10th November and finishing 8th December. Children will need to sign up for all 5 sessions and payment of £20 can be made via spider, or by cash / cheque via the office. Children at the Christmas craft club will need to eat breakfast
before coming so they have time to complete the activities. The normal breakfast club will still run separately for those not wanting to attend. Thank you to those who have already confirmed their interest. If you would also like to join the fun, please let us know by Monday so we can ensure we have enough resources available.

Gymnastics Club - Further to the email sent on Wednesday - please let us know by Monday if your child would like to join so we can decide if we have enough numbers to go ahead.

Coats - Please ensure that children come to school in a coat or have one in their bag now that the days are turning colder and wet.  We do try to get the children out to play wherever possible so a coat is necessary.

Anti-Bullying Week and Odd Socks - As part of our anti-bullying week, Head Pupils will be leading their first assembly on Monday 13th November. We are inviting children to come in to school wearing odd socks all week, to recognise that everyone is unique and special. What will you be wearing!

Sharing Assembly - The Adders Sharing assembly will now take place on 17th November.

Remembrance Service - This will be held on Friday 10th November at the memorial. All are invited to join us. Children will be walking up together ready to start just before 11am and will be laying poppy crosses as part of the service. Once again we are pleased to welcome the British Legion to our service and thank them for their continued support.

Every week we encourage parents to support their children to learn and use new vocabulary. In school we will be exploring the origin of new words, what they mean and how to use them effectively in context. If you can encourage your child to use these words it would be really helpful!
