Date: 5th Jun 2023 @ 5:21pm

Hello Squirrels,

I hope you have had a fantastic half term!

Welcome to our last half term! This half term in Geography we will be learning about the Yanomami people of the rainforest. In Science we wil be learning about living things and their habitats. In Art, we will be focusing on 3D art, using sculpture to create artwork inspired by the indigenous people of Australia. In RE we will be exploring why learning to do good deeds is important to Jewish people. In Computing we will be learning how to stay safe online. In PSHE, we will be focusing on healthy and safer lifestyles, learning the names of external body parts and understanding the importance of looking after your body.

On Friday this week we will be welcoming parents into school for shared learning. I'm sure you will be very excited to share all your fantastic learning with them.

PE will continue to be a double session on Monday, swimmers will need to bring their swimming kit.

This half term we will be taking part in forest schools in the second half of the half term. This will mean you can come to school in uniform for the next three Fridays (9.6, 16.6, 23.6). Forest school clothing will need to be worn on 30.6, 7.6 & 14.6.

Have a great week!
