Squirrels 11.7.22

Date: 8th Jul 2022 @ 4:11pm

Hello Squirrels,

I hope you have had a great weekend.

This week we have our trip to Mersea, which I know you are all very excited about. It is set to be very hot so please make sure to wear suncream and bring a sunhat and water. It is non-school uniform, but please wear sensible shoes for walking (no open toed shoes or sandles) and no bare shoulders. It will be a very exciting day and we have lots of exciting things planned, like flying the kites you have worked very hard to make. Only two more sleeps to go!

Throughout the week we will also be continuing our learning about Mersea Island and applying some of the things we have learnt on the trip. We will also be starting our Grandad's island independent write and I am excited to see all the fantastic writing you will produce.

There is no homework this week, but spellings will still go ahead and are in your homework books.

PE and forest schools is on Monday.

Have a lovely week!
