Kittens 12th May 2023

Date: 12th May 2023 @ 4:05pm

Good Afternoon Kittens,

We have had a wonderful week at school!

In Year 1 we have been learning about doubling, grouping and sharing in Maths. In English we have been learning to become editors in our writing and in History we have been learning all about shops in the past.

In Reception we have been exploring how to manipulate shapes to make pictures, discovering which fruits and vegetables have seeds or don't have seeds and creating faces from fruit and veg...just like the Artist Guiseppe Arcimboldo!

Year 1 spellings are on edshed and their words to practise are: thread, bird, sound, annoy and whole.

Remember to read everyday if we want to be in with a chance of readers of the week!

Have a lovely weekend

Mrs. Atkins :)
