Welcome back to the final week of spring term.

Our learning behaviour of the week is, 'Improve' and our value is, 'Justice'. 

Words of the week: 'liquid' and 'solid '. Year 2 word - 'substance'.

Reminders:

PE kits Tuesdays for Year 2,3 and 4, swimmings kits with t-shirt and shorts for Monday for Year 3 and 4 and for all children to wear school uniform on Monday.

Monday - Swimming for Years 3 and 4. 

Wednesday - Parents evening 5-7pm. 

Thursday - Drop off at the Church for our Easter service, remember your Easter bonnets.

Parents Evening - 3.30-5.30pm

Friday - Federation STEM event at Copdock Village Hall all day. Drop off between 8.45-9am and you are welcome to join us in the afternoon at 2pm or collect by 3.15pm.

Reminder of Lent challenges

Lent is the 40 days leading up to Easter and a time for Christians to give up something or do something positive to make a difference to their life and the world around them. Lent began this year on Ash Wednesday, the 22nd February 2023 and ends on Maundy Thursday, 6th April 2023. Worship Group have decided these 20 challenges for you to try to complete during this time of Lent. Tick off each one as you complete it and bring the completed sheet back after the Easter holidays (week commencing 17th April) for a treat.

Autism Acceptance Day
Please see flyers on the weekly news from one of our parents who has kindly offered to organise a morning chat over coffee and biscuits and a cake sale after school on Tuesday 28th March.  Please let us know if you are attending the coffee and chat so we know how many parents to expect.
 

Homework Due in Thursday 30th  March 

  1. TTR 
  2. Practise weekly and half termly spellings on Spelling Shed ready for a test on Thursday.
  3. Complete the CGP Maths - refer to your child's logbook for the workout.
  4. Complete 5 reads and parents to sign ready for Friday.
