Words of the week: 'emperor' and 'previously'. Year 2 word - 'Pentecost'.
Reminders:
PE kits for Years 3 and 4 Monday and Years 2,3 and 4 Tuesday.
Monday - Swimming Kits for Year 2 on Monday.
Collection at the field from 3pm.
Curriculum
This half term, the children will become historians. Years 3 and 4 are learning about the Roman Empire and the impact on Britain and Year 2 will be learning about the changes in living memory.
Please find attached the curriculum map below for this half term.
Homework Due in Friday 28th April
- TTR
- Practise weekly and half termly spellings on Spelling Shed ready for a test on Friday 28th April.
- Complete the CGP Reading - refer to your child's logbook for the workout.
- Complete 5 reads and parents to sign ready for Friday.
Year 2 will need to bring their reading SAT back in for Friday with Miss Barton.
