Welcome Hedgehog families,
We hope you had a lovely weekend.
Our learning behaviour of the week is, 'Work Hard' and our value is 'Perseverance'.
Please find attached our new curriculum map for this half term, it is a history focus of Ancient Egyptians for Years 3 and 4 and Year 2 are learning about Significant People.
Words of the week: 'colossal' and 'stability'. Year 2 word - 'chant'.
Reminders:
PE kits Tuesdays for Year 2,3 and 4, swimmings kits for Monday for Year 3 and 4 and for all children to wear school uniform on Monday.
Monday - Swimming begins for Years 3 and 4.
Tuesday - Dance club
If anyone is interested in helping us to plant some hedge samplings in March, please could you let me know.
Homework Due in Friday 27th January
- TTR 3 x a week for 10 minutes each session.
- Practise weekly and half termly spellings on Spelling Shed at least 4 x 10 minutes a week.
- Complete the CGP Reading, refer to your child's logbook for the pages to complete.
- Complete 5 reads and parents to sign ready for Friday.
