Good morning Woodpeckers smiley

Hope you are all well? Did any of you try Oti Mabuse dance sessions?

Today I would like you to do:

  • 15 minutes of arithmetic and TTR
  • 30 minutes of reading comprehension and enjoy reading a book during the day
  • 20 minute Spelling Shed – Only 13 of you have been on, please make sure you are all practising your statutory words on Spelling Shed.
  • Complete a numeracy and literacy activity.

In the afternoon, complete one of your topic activities.

Maths Problem of the Day

I have attached today’s maths problem of the day to solve and the challenge is on the second page.

Physical Activity - Gymnastics

Today, Max Whitlock Gymnast is offering ‘GymnasticsWithMax’ live sessions at home; he is streaming this every Tuesday and Friday at 3.30pm on his YouTube channel. Make sure you have parent’s permission to watch the video.

Yesterday, I created a nature trail with my little girl, we went for a walk and with all the items we found we made a natural collage. Maybe you could have a go at this and send a photo, it was great fun!

Also, I have attached ‘Pobble Activities’, this has 25 non-screen activities you can do at home, have a go today and at the weekend, it would be great to hear how you get on.

Mrs Collins and I will be calling you all today to see how you are getting on.

Stay safe and have a great day.

Mrs North smiley
