Foxes Thursday 9th July

Date: 9th Jul 2020 @ 5:45am

Good morning Foxes and welcome to a very wet Thursday.

Thank you to all the year 5s that joined our online chat yesterday. It was good to see and talk to you.

For your learning today in maths you need to plan a day out and think about the different ways you could travel there along with the costs. Which is the best way to travel thinking about the time it would take and gthe prices.

In writing and spelling you need your talk for writing booklets, the link is on the timetable, Complete the activities listed.

In reading you have an activity about the Titanic, the link is also on the timetable.

In topic you need to look at modes of transport through history and use a timeline to put gthem in chronological order of when thye appeared.

Try to get some physical activity in too, I'm going for a very quick walk in the rain before school today!

Year 6 I am looking forward to seeing you tomorrow (last school day for you). Please don't forget to bring back any library books, Goodnight Mister Tom books, maths bags, protractors or anything else that belongs to school. You also need your packed lunch and trainers. William and Ellie I need those yellow cards back urgently now!!!

I hope you all have a good day dodging the showers!!

Mrs Windmill
