Foxes Monday 15th June

Date: 12th Jun 2020 @ 10:54am

Good Morning Foxes, I hope you all had a great weekend and are feeling refreshed and ready to start a new week.

This week's theme is significant people. There is lots about this on the news at the moment with the Black Lives Matter protests happening in the US, Uk and across Europe. Many key people from our history are having their statues removed due to their links with slavery in the past.

A significant person is someone that has an affect on us, maybe an inspiring paralympic athlete, or someone such as Captain Tom Moore who raised millions of pounds for the NHS charities. It can also be someone closer to you such as a grandparent or great grandparent that fought in the war. You will have your own thoughts about who is significant to you.

I do hope you enjoy this week's topic. As you look at your timetable you will need to come back to today's blog for some of the files you will need.

As always I am here if you need me. I will be seeing Y6 on Friday, whcih I am really looking forward to. I will also be speaking to Y6 throughout this week at some point.

Have a great day and don't forget to post on the discussion page.

Keep smiling smiley
