Good morning Foxes
I hope you are enjoying your weekend.
Our learning behaviour this week is 'work hard', I'm sure you will do that as always.
I just wanted to remind you of what I said on Friday. We have had 4 supply teachers in our class over the last few weeks and they have all said what an amazing class you are. They had commented on how hard you work, your resilience and attitude to learning and your beautiful behaviour and responsibility. To say I am very proud of you is nowhere near enough. Thank you and well done for being so super!!!
Tomorrow is sports day. You should come to school in your team colours, with water bottles, hats and suncream. You should have preordered a lunch if you wanted one, if not you need to have a packed lunch. Make sure you also bring your 'good sportmanship and team work'.
Homework is due on 5th July, as it covers several weeks it needs to reflect that and be a good standard please. I am looking forward to seeing them.
Well done year 6 on being top readers again. Year 5 please make sure you continue to read, only half of you had done that last week and it is part of your homework.
Wednesday we are interviewing for our new teaching assistant. Head pupils and some of you will be part of the teaching part of the interview with me but we will discuss that next week.
PE is Monday and Friday. Friday you have tennis and cricket at Copdock Tennis club. You will be out all morning so make sure you have water, sun cream and hats then too. As you know there is no shade there.
I have attached the timetable. It's Miss Cox's last week with us so hopefully it will be a good week for her!
