Adders Monday 1st June 2020

Date: 22nd May 2020 @ 2:51pm

Good morning, Adders.  I hope you enjoyed your half term holiday and had a well-earned break from learning.  All your learning from now on is going to be online.  You will need to open the timetable (JL/ED/FD/IF/LW yours has different Maths, Spelling and Reading) and look at Monday’s column.  All the links that you will need will be on the timetable.  There may be documents that I cannot put links to but have uploaded the documents on this blog for you to use.  Please let me know either via email or the Discussion (there is a new one) if there are any problems.

The theme for this week is Under the Sea which enables you to learn more about life in and around the sea. Learning may focus on the strange and wonderful creatures and plants that occupy our oceans, their habitats and how human beings affect this environment.

Remember:  It is important that you are completing some Maths and English activities every day (if you can) to keep up those key skills.  The topic activities are there to give you something else to focus on and practise other important skills based on science, art, history and geography.

The PE and Collective Worship links are on the second page of the timetable.  There is also the weekly collective worship activities on the theme of 'Perseverance' that you can access below.

Don't forget that this week's learning behaviour is: Enjoy your Learning.  It would be lovely to hear about how you have shown this at home during the week.

Enjoy your day Adders!
