The Lashings All-Stars - Cricket event

We all had a fantastic day at The Lashings All-Stars cricket event.

We took 2 teams of children to represent our federation in the one off cricket event. The event was to mark the opening of the new pavilion at the club and parents were welcome at the end of the day to see the grand opening as well as watch Copdock Cricket Club play a match against the All-Stars.

The children were very fortunate to have professional coaches from the All-Stars train them and share their knowledge of cricket. Throughout the day the children had the opportunity to mix with other schools and play matches with professional coaches still coaching them through the game. As always the children demonstrated excellent team spirit and encouraged each other to be confident and perform to the best of their ability.

Well done to all the children who took part at the event and for Copdock Cricket Club for inviting us to this special day.
