Copdock Weekly Update 01/10/2021

Important Deadlines

Please ensure you have returned your Data Collection Forms & Photo Permissions, and responded to the Home School Agreement homework from 10th September - the link is https://forms.office.com/r/gSm96QJRcXThese must all be completed by Wednesday 6th at the very latest.

PTA AGM

Please be advised that the PTA will be holding their AGM on Wednesday 13th October at 7:30pm in the school hall.  Everyone is welcome to come along.  Please see the attached agenda.  If you, or someone you know, would like to volunteer for a role, please put yourself forward or nominate them.  If you'd like to see what's involved without committing to anything, please come along and learn more.  If you have any questions, please approach a PTA member on the playgound - we can always point you in the right direction if you are unsure.  If you are unable to come along in person, it is hoped to also provide a virtual option via Zoom.

Doughnut Disco

To promote our hot school dinner on Thursday we are hoping, weather permitting to take our desserts outside for a "Doughnut Disco" to encourage the children to be more active at playtime.  To join in the fun, why not book a hot dinner on Thursday and bring your doughnut with you!  You can still have a hot dinner even if you don't want to dance.  This is a one-off fun event but we are hoping to raise some money in the future for some outdoor speakers.

Flu Immunisation

The children will be receiving their flu immunisations on Tuesday afternoon providing you have returned your consent form.  It is equally important to send back the forms if you wish to decline consent.  If you've missed the deadline, please ensure the form is returned on Monday without fail.

Harvest Festival

Please note our harvest festival will be held in school on Thursday afternoon from 2:45pm.  KS1 parents are invited to join us on site, but please book in advance by contacting the office.
