Copdock Weekly Update 21/01/2022

Bee Lady

On Thursday we had a visitor into school to talk to the children about bees!  She then ran a workshop with Woodpeckers all about bee-keeping.  A big thank you to Helen Thorne for coming to tell us all she knows about bees and bee-keeping.

Book Tokens

Foxes have been helping with counting the book tokens that you have kindly sent in.  So far we have almost 1500!  We need to register the final number by next Friday so if you've found any hanging around - please send them in at the beginning of next week.

2s Day

Next month we will be celebrating "2s day" - this will take place on 2-2-22 when children are invited to come into school dressed in anything within the theme of 2 for a £1 dontation - maybe they an team up with someone and dress as a pair.

Bulbs

Lillies.jpg We still have these beautiful Trumpet Tree Lilly bulbs kindly donated by Thompson & Morgan available.  There are 10 bulbs in a pack and they usually retail for around £10 per pack.  We are offering them to you for £3 per pack, or 2 for £5 - first come, first served!  Please email the office to reserve your packs and send the money in an envelope labelled 'Lilies' with your name on.  They do need planting as soon as possible, so grab your packs now!  Thank you in advance for your support.
