MacMillan Event

This year we are pleased to be able to invite some of you back into school to support our fundraising for Macmillan.  KS2 parents are welcome to join us for a cuppa and cake on Friday 24th September, 2.45pm.  The children will provide some entertainment too.  Entry will be £1.50 for adults, 50p for children.  Whilst we are unable to welcome you all into school we do have some other ways you can join in the fun.
- A teams link will be available for you to join remotely.
- During the day, for 50p children will be able to buy a cake.  Please send this in on the day in a labelled envelope.
- A large cupcake shape will be on the playground in the morning and we hope to fill it with lots of coins.  So please have a hunt around for any small change at home and send it in!  We will send home a photo of the end result.

Please use the usual assembly link to join the event virtually.  If you are a KS2 parent and wishing to attend, please let us know so that we can ensure we have sufficient refreshments to cater for everyone.  Thank you in advance for supporting this event.

We would welcome donations of cakes from Thursday please.

Groundswork Party

We are looking for volunteers to help us for a couple of hours on Saturday 2nd October from 9 until 11am to make our school environment look much more welcoming.  Refreshments will be provided, and if you are unable to offer some muscle but would prefer to cook bacon, we can offer bacon rolls to entice the workers ;-)  Please let the office know if you are able to assist in any capacity.  Please bring along any garden tools which may be useful, we do have some available.  Please can we ask for adult volunteers only.
