Copdock Weekly Update 14/05/2021

Parent Consultations
We have today launched the slots for parent consultations.  You will need to sign into the school website or app to access the slots and book them.  These will again be remote, a Teams link will be sent nearer the time.  Staff will be aware when you are waiting in the lobby and will let you in at your allocated time.  Please be patient, and please be aware that the slots are for 10 minutes only.
Where possible, please ensure both parents coordinate and book a convenient time together for just one slot per child.  If you are having difficulty booking a convenient time please contact the office.  If you are having difficulty accessing the website, please follow the instructions on screen.  The email address you have used for school communication will be your original username.  The dates of the consultations will be:
Kittens Friday 28th pm
Squirrels Tuesday 25th
Woodpeckers Wednesday 26th pm
Foxes Tuesday 25th

Walk to School Week
Next week is Walk to School Week.  The school council have talked to the children about the benefits of walking to school and completed a tally.  They will do another tally at the end of next week and they are hoping to see an increase in children walking.  Brendan and Jake have created a leaflet about the benefits of walking so please take time to have a look at this when you have a spare few minutes.

Dinners
Just a reminder that next Thursday is the Under the Sea special menu.  If you have not pre-ordered, you will need to send a packed lunch on this day.  The pizza that is usually available on Thursday will be the Friday option - this does not need to be pre-ordered.
