Online Summer Fete – Following on from the successful Christmas Fayre online, this year we welcome you to join in our virtual summer fete! An order form with information will be coming home today and all the options are available online via the school website!!!

Reports online – Children’s reports are all now online for you to see. Please access your School Spider App or log in to the website.

Sports Day 2021 – What a fantastic sports day! Everyone was fantastic and showed true teamwork, kindness and perseverance. Congratulations to Red Team who won the overall event.

Tudor Day – Don’t forget - Historical re-enactment group, The Merrie Folke, are coming to visit us on Wednesday 14th July for the afternoon! Children are very welcome to bring a Tudor costume in with them to change into for the afternoon – they must wear uniform in the morning as it is leavers and class photos!!! The group are not charging for the visit but they are raising money to provide a seriously ill child specialist treatments that cost many thousands of pounds, so please, if you are able, please send a donation in on the day. Thank you. 

Sunflower Competition – Sunflower competition results are due in on 19th July - photo of you and your sunflower and a tape measure showing the actual height on please via email or on Facebook page. 

Adders’ PGL Trip – Please bring your child to the front door between 8:40am and 8:45am on Monday morning. They can drop their bags in the hall and go straight into class.

First Class Photos - Reception – A photo of our lovely Reception children is being printed in the Ipswich Star next Wednesday in their special edition. They are a jolly photographic bunch!

Year 4 Activity Day – Year 4 children are travelling to Copdock for an activity evening next Wednesday – don’t forget to collect them from Copdock at 7pm – all uncollected children will be sold to the Tudor Group J

School Council Elections – We are hoping to hold School Council and Head pupil elections before the end of term so please do speak to your children about these opportunities at home. Both roles will require children to reflect on the skills required to fulfil these roles and children will need to deliver a speech to the whole school explaining why they will be a good candidate for this position.

Head Pupil elections will be open to current Year 4/5 pupils. A copy of the job description will be available in the classroom to support applications. Elections will be held w/c 12th July (dates to be confirmed).
