Spelling Test for Year 1&2 on Friday.

Congratulations to Darcy for the safe arrival of your baby brother over the weekend.

Don’t forget to send in order forms by Wednesday with the money for the Christmas Fayre so we need how many to make.  I have included a photo at the top of the page to show you the pine cone reindeer and Santa (still needing his beard) that are in progress.  The children all designed a Gingerbread Man/Lady today and are very keen to order them!  I made them a mini taster over the weekend, so they are keen!  They can order for brothers and sisters too.  We will be writing instructions on how to make them in Literacy too as a writing focus.

We will be making calendars with their photo on which can be ordered for 50p per child.

The children can guess the sweets in the jar, so I have included the jar on the photo so you can guide them in their guess - I was surprised how many I could squeeze in!

Children might also want a Lucky Parcel and a go on the chocolate and sweet raffle as well as the PTA Hampers.

Don't forget next Tuesday 15th is dressing up as a Victorian day.

Have a good week

Mrs Rudge
