Hello, I hope you had a good weekend.
Last week, our playground equipment was very successful and it was fantastic to see the children's determination.
This week we will be learning about healthy packlunches and planning a pack lunch to take on a local walk. I am intending to do this Thursday morning. The children will need to wear comfortable clothes (no need to wear uniform) but will need long trousers/bottoms as some of the footpaths are a little overgrown. The children won't need a pack lunch this day as we will make one as part of our DT learning. If the weather forecast doesn't look good I will cancel the walk on the Wednesday which will give you time to make arrangments for lunch.
On Tuesday, please could the children come in PE clothes as they are going to have an additional PE session with our coach Joe.

Homework
Children and parents will probably be pleased to hear there is no home work this week. However, I will be creating a list of links and ideas to support learning at home over the summer holiday. I will post this up by Tuesday 20th.
