Hello, I hope you had a good weekend and are ready for a new week of learning.
This week, we will be writing our own stories similar to The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark. In maths, we are focusing on problem solving and reasoning as well as revisiting place value. In DT, we are now ready to use our designs to make our own piece of playground equipment. In music, we are going to learn how to play the ocarinas and find out more about the different instruments in an orchestra.
On Tuesday we have class photos and on Thursday we have our sports day, hopefully the weather will be dry.
Our vocabulary words this week are: notice and design.
