Kittens 15.11.21

Date: 14th Nov 2021 @ 4:35pm

Hello Kittens!

I had a great week in Kittens Class last week  and looking forward to this week. The children have enjoyed our new writing wall and have been very busy making books and writing on the big whiteboards.

Reception children will be learning about shapes and materials.  Year 1 children will continue to be learning about subtraction and learning about how to write a letter using a text called Ruby's Worries.  In PHSE, we will be learning about different emotions and how these affect others which will link to our letter writing.

This week the children will be bringing home new reading books which  have been funded by our PTA, costing nearly £3000.  Each book costs £5 so we will need to ensure these are looked after.  Therefore, we will be using a system to check these in and out to ensure they are returned to school and in good condition.

Remember to check last week's blog for homework which is due in on Friday.

Have a good week!
