Hello, hope you had a good weekend.

This week Year 1 will be busy finishing their puppets to sell at the Christmas fair on Friday, while Reception will be selling their unique clay pots. We look forward to seeing you at the fair, please come along and support us as all the money raised goes directly to your children.

I will see many of you at the phonics workshop on Wednesday so please let the office know if you're planning to attend (if you haven't already).

In maths, Reception will be learning the oneness of 5 while Year 1 will be comparing and ordering numbers to 20. We will be completing phonic assessments with the children and continuing with writing stories in Year 1. Our writing area is still very popular with Reception which is fantastic to see.

Homework Reception/Year 1

There are no spellings for this week as I will prepare some phonics homework for the Christmas holidays. Please continue to read but I know it's going to be a busy week next week.
