Foxes Wednesday 13th May

Date: 13th May 2020 @ 7:44am

Good morning Foxes, hope you are well smiley

I hope yesterday's game of battleships helped you with plotting coordinates. Sorry again for only including one copy. I have attached it to here in case you want to have another game.

Year 6 you are looking at this in maths today, year 5 you are looking at reflection (not the sort you do in the mirror to check your hair out!!)

There's a story to write - remember this is an hours lesson so try to include a range of grammar features and some interesting vocabulary. I would love to read some of these if you can post or email them.

Then chose something from the ideas for this afternoon. I like the idea of trying the images we did on the computer based on Andy Warhol. You take a picture and adapt it to make 4 different images, using colour and texture. You could easily do this on paper, just make your first pictures all the same and then change each one. I've added an example to remind you.

I hope you are getting lots of exercise, I've attached a sheet of ideas from School Games, who run our tournaments, although I'm sure you have plenty of ideas.

Answers from yesterday's reading comprehension are attached.

Have a fantabulous day.

Mrs Windmill
