April 1st- April Fools

Date: 1st Apr 2020 @ 1:02pm

Afternoon all!

This is the second time trying to blog as i lost all my work earlier- very frustrating.

Has been lovely speaking to some of you today over the phone and speaking with your parents too.

Lovely to hear that you are all getting on well at home and continuing to read, complete maths and writing tasks as well as making sure you spend quality time with your family.

Todays activities:

Make an Easter Treasure Hunt- design a hunt for a sibling or parent to complete. Maybe it could be a clue that takes you to another clue somewhere in the  house and then another clue etc etc until the final clue which takes you to the hidden Egg.

Design a play area in your local community- imagine that the council has set a competition for you to design a play area in your local park or on some waste ground. What would you include? think about the safety issues, the environmental issues and the access for those with disabilities. Label your design  and add a descriptive paragraph.

Please remember to have a break over the Easter holidays and do all the lovely family activities such as playing board games, dancing to music, baking, playing in the garden, making dens and making memories together.

Take care of each other and I will try and get through to those year 4's that i couldn't tomorrow.
